Meet Jeff Spencer
Jeff moved to Park City in 1996 and began his career in real estate. Over the last 25+ years, he has had the privilege of representing buyers and sellers for the finest properties in Park City and Deer Valley. He thoroughly enjoys evaluating current market conditions, trends, and statistics within the micro-markets and has often excelled in obtaining top dollar and often record prices for properties.
Jeff believes strongly in family, serving others, and giving back to his community. He has voluntarily served as the President of the Park City Board of Realtors, President of the Park City MLS Committee, and President of his homeowners' association.
Meet Kristen Barber
Kristen is the Principal Broker for the Stein Collection Brokerage, Stein Eriksen Realty Group. She specializes in providing sophisticated service to buyers and sellers throughout the Park City area and the surrounding luxury communities.
She has a successful track record dominating the real estate sales at Stein Eriksen Lodge and Stein Eriksen Residences; listing and representing the vast majority of Stein's condos bought and sold at the Lodge including representing 15 of the last Buyers.
Kristen, originally from the Midwest, moved to Park City, UT in 2002 following beginning her career in New York City working at PR and marketing firms as well as the world's largest multinational corporation and conglomerate specializing in luxury goods. She attributes her real estate success to her foundation in luxury marketing and service.
